Engr. Seth Bakut is a distinguished ATBU alumnus with a proven track record in mechanical engineering, construction, and general contracting. A COREN-registered engineer and a member of several professional bodies, including the Nigerian Society of Engineers and NIMechE, Engr. Bakut has dedicated his career to advancing the engineering sector. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical/Production Engineering from ATBU, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Kaduna State University (KASU).
His leadership journey includes his role as the Executive Director of Operations at the Kaduna State Development and Property Company Ltd (KSDPC), where he played a pivotal part in driving the company’s operational success. Appointed by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, Engr. Bakut demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and development.

In addition to his executive role at KSDPC, Engr. Bakut has also served as Technical Operations Manager at the Public Procurement Authority and CEO of BSHvision & Associates. His career spans diverse areas including procurement, monitoring, evaluation, and the successful implementation of mechanical systems.
